Remote Hackathon Coach / Facilitator

Seeking talented, experienced, and organized agile coach / hackathon coach / facilitators who can guide participants to complete their hackathon projects at an upcoming one-day corporate hybrid hackathon (internal employees).
The main hackathon takes place in person in Jeddah, KSA but 2-3 teams will be taking part fully remote.
We need your support!
GOAL: To guide participants in delivering high-quality hackathon projects.
Hackathon Event Overview
Company employees will participate in a one-day innovation sprint to tackle employee engagement challenges, develop new ideas, and end the day with pitch demos evaluated by senior leadership.
Industry: The company is in trade and finance. The challenge is about employee engagement.
Participants: Approximately 20 participants online and 60 participants in-person. Approx 10 teams total.
Timeline: 9-6pm Participants have 6 hours to develop and pitch their ideas, including a short demo of their solution .
Pitches: Teams will deliver a 5-minute presentation followed by Q&A.
Hackathon Coach Responsibilities
Each coach will manage 3 teams, focusing on timekeeping, energy, and output:
Welcome participants and set a positive tone for the day.
Help them brainstorm their solutions, oprganise and vote on their favorite in teams using Miro.
Ensure teams stick to deadlines and maintain momentum.
Provide guidance, unblock issues, and challenge teams to produce quality results.
Support teams in crafting impactful 5-minute pitches, offering constructive feedback.
Capture key moments for storytelling purposes.
Assist with minor event logistics if needed
Facilitator Ratio: 3-4 coaches managing 10 teams.

Seeking talented, experienced, and organized agile coach / hackathon coach / facilitators who can guide participants to complete their hackathon projects at an upcoming one-day corporate hackathon (internal employees) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
GOAL: To guide participants in delivering high-quality hackathon projects.
Hackathon Event Overview
Company employees will participate in a one-day innovation sprint to tackle employee engagement challenges, develop new ideas, and end the day with pitch demos evaluated by senior leadership.
Industry: The company is in trade and finance. The challenge is about employee engagement.
Participants: 80 participants from across company departments. Mainly non-technical.
Timeline: 9-6pm Participants have 6 hours to develop and pitch their ideas, including a short prototype demo showcasing functionality.
Pitches: Teams will deliver a 5-minute presentation followed by Q&A.
Hackathon Coach Responsibilities
Each coach will manage 3 teams, focusing on timekeeping, energy, and output:
