Power Hour

90 minutes · online · 1–4 people

€500

You leave with: one sharpened challenge statement, a first batch of ideas, and a recommendation on which format to run next.

Best for: an innovation manager who has a brief but not a plan.

Workshop

90 minutes · online or at your office · 3–8 people

€900

You leave with: a prioritised shortlist of three ideas the whole team agrees on, with an owner and a next step for each. Format: Lightning Decision Jam.

Best for: a team with too many ideas and no decision.

Quick Hack

2 hours · at your office or online · up to 12 people

€2,000

You leave with: one rough concept, pitched and voted on, with a one-page summary you can take to a sponsor.

Best for: showing a sceptical leadership team what a hackathon produces, before committing to one.

Prices in euros, excluding VAT. At your office in Île-de-France; travel elsewhere at cost. Schools, NGOs and early-stage startups: ask us.

from€5,000

You leave with: an aligned team and one concept ready to test — a customer journey, a prototype, or an 18-month innovation roadmap, depending on the brief.

Flagship Hackathon

1–2 days · 20–100 people · in person, online or hybrid

from€15,000

You leave with: working prototypes, live pitches to a jury, and a go / no-go shortlist your leadership can act on within the month.

Includes: challenge scoping with sponsors, participant and mentor briefing, run-of-show and facilitation, jury process, results deck and follow-up plan.

Firm-wide Challenge

Multi-team, multi-site · 4–12 weeks

from€20,000

You leave with: dozens of ideas ranked across business units, a funded shortlist, and a repeatable process for the next round.

Includes: programme design, challenge platform set-up, local facilitator briefing, central jury, executive readout.

Champions Programme

3–6 months · a cohort of 6–12 internal champions

Priced on scoping

You leave with: people inside your organisation who can design and run hackathons and sprints without us.

Includes: training sprints, co-facilitated first events, templates and playbooks, office hours.

How involved do you want us?

For the bigger formats you choose the level of support. The “from” prices above are for Consulting; Project management and Full facilitation are quoted on the scoping call.

Consulting

We design it, you run it. Challenge scoping, agenda, templates, a rehearsal with your facilitators, and a debrief.

Project management

We design and run the programme; your people facilitate the room with our coaching.

Full facilitation (A to Z)

We design, produce and facilitate the whole thing, in English and French, with our partner coaches and builders where the brief needs them.

Not sure which format?

  • You have a brief and no plan → Power Hour
  • You have many ideas and no decision → Workshop
  • You need to convince leadership a hackathon is worth it → Quick Hack
  • You have a sponsor, a budget and a date → Flagship Hackathon

Or pick by stage: Discover (find the right problem), Validate (test the best ideas), Prototype (build something people can react to). You’ll choose this on the booking form.

What we don’t do

We don’t run open public hackathons for developer recruitment, we don’t build the software after the event, and we don’t sell a platform. We design and run the room so your people make decisions faster — and we hand over to your teams or your tech partners for what comes next. If you need a recruitment hackathon or an engineering build, we’ll tell you on the first call and point you to people who do that well.

Questions we get asked

How much does a corporate hackathon cost?

With MHD Innovation, a one- or two-day Flagship Hackathon starts at €15,000 excluding VAT for the Consulting level of support, and from around €25,000 for full facilitation of a 50-person event. Smaller formats start at €500 for a 90-minute Power Hour.

How long does it take to organise a hackathon?

Six to eight weeks from scoping call to event day is comfortable; four weeks is possible if sponsors and participants are already identified.

Can you run it online or in another country?

Yes. We run hybrid and fully online formats, and have delivered in person in France, the UK, the US, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Switzerland and Germany among others. Travel is billed at cost.

Do you work in French?

Yes — everything is available in English and French, and we can facilitate in Spanish.

Do you build the winning prototypes afterwards?

No. We hand over a results deck, a go / no-go shortlist and a follow-up plan, and we can introduce you to development partners. See “What we don’t do”.

Is there a discount for repeat runs?

Yes — a second edition of the same format within twelve months is quoted at a lower rate because scoping and design are already done. Ask on the scoping call.

Ready when you are

Tell us what you have in mind. We reply within 24h with a date and either an invoice (for the book-now formats) or a 30-minute scoping call. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
